The secondary allocation procedure is sent out to parents by the Chief Education Officer at the start of the child’s final year at Primary School. Foundation schools are independent of the L.E.A. and will also send details of their admission procedure.
We have good relationships with our secondary schools and encourage links between the two phases. We aim for each child to have acquired the skills and attitudes needed to meet the challenge of secondary schooling. Making the right choice is not always easy. Please contact us if you would like any guidance.
For more information regarding the transfer to secondary school please go the Gloucestershire County Council website

Prep School (7 – 13 years) Open Mornings – Saturday 5th October 2019 & Saturday 7th March 2020 10am – 12pm
Open Mornings are an opportunity for prospective families visiting the School to spend time with pupils who act as tour guides at both the Prep and Senior School. Key members of the academic and pastoral team including the Headmaster are available to answer any questions that you may have about a Wycliffe education. However, they are always happy to arrange an individual appointment when visits can be tailored to specific needs. Early visits for Year 9 and Year 10 entry into 2019 are strongly recommended as the College has limited places.
For further information and to register for the Open Morning for the Prep School (ages 2 – 12) please call the Admissions Manager, Briony Armstrong Tel 01453 820471
