Absence in school

Can we please respectfully request that parents/carers use our absence line and call in every morning of a child’s absence by 9.10am when registration closes – we need to know every day whether a child is absent or not otherwise we have to start our safeguarding process and if we cannot get hold of a parent/carer by 11.30am Mr Green or Mr Babbage have to do a home visit, and if still no answer at home, then we have to involve the Police. Your co-operation in this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you.
