Jubilee cake sale – 25th May
FOLSS is holding a Jubilee cake sale after school on Wednesday 25th May. We’re asking anyone who can donate cakes to drop them off before school on the Wednesday and we could also do with a couple of people to help set up and sell from 2.30pm. Any takers for donating and/or helping please get in touch info@folss.org.uk.
Annual General Meeting – Stay informed and get involved – Wednesday 25th May – 20.00
All parents are invited to come to the FOLSS AGM to learn more about what we do, learn how we support the school and bring suggestions ready for the new school year. We are actively looking for new members and looking to the parents of the school to help vote in the new roles of the PTA. This is a great opportunity to get involved. Click here to join the meeting
FOLSS End of year party (for grown-ups!) – Saturday 2nd July – 19.30
FOLSS thinks the grown ups’ deserve a chance to celebrate the end of the school year as well, so to help raise funds for the school, we have arranged a party for the adults at King’s Stanley Village Hall. There will be live music from covers band, The Glory Hunters. There will be a raffle drawn in the evening and a bar will be available. Swimming Lessons
Swimming lessons will commence from the 8th June. Please make sure you return the permission slip and £12 fee for the lessons by this date.

Bags2school
Thanks so much for your kind donations towards our bags2school collection. With just over 90 bags this made £163 for FOLSS! Thanks so much everyone.
Thank you Stonehouse Milk
5p of every litre of milk sold at Stonehouse Milk goes to a local charity. From when they opened in February to the end of April the charity was FOLSS. Thank you to those that purchased milk over this time, you helped raise £406!
Pool Working Party – Thank you
Thank you to the lovely volunteers who turned up at the working party on the 7th May for the pool. We not only got the pool area ready, the pond and outdoor learning area had some TLC and more work was done to the poly tunnel. Also thank you to Dobbie’s for donating £20 of the bedding plants
Pool opening
The outdoor school pool opens from the 8th June until 4 September 2022 for Family Membership. • Term time 15.00 to 19.00 • Holidays 10.00 to 19.00 For information on how to be a member if you have a valid first aid certificate please contact pool@folss.org.uk. All resus classes are now fully booked for this year, if you would like to be added to a waiting list in case one space becomes available please also email pool@folss.org.uk
