An update from FOLSS
A big ‘hello’ from FOLSS – we hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine and the pool – it has been so lovely seeing lots of happy children splashing about 😊
Just a few updates from us this week:
Upcoming events:
– School disco, 30th June: we are delighted to announce a summer school disco. Reception and KS1 will run 5.30pm until 6.30pm, and KS2 will be 6.45pm until 7.45pm. Everyone has received the booking link via book bags and WhatsApp, and you can also booked via the FOLSS Facebook page – if you have any issues please let us know. We look forward to seeing as many as possible of you there!
– FOLSS end of year party (for grown ups): don’t forget to buy your tickets for the music night at King Stanley Village Hall on 2nd July. Our band for the evening is the Glory Hunters, and there will be lots of great music, so come along for a dance to celebrate the end of the school year! Again, links have been sent out to all families, and can also be booked via the FOLSS Facebook page.
– Summer raffle: we’re getting ready to launch the summer raffle, and there are loads of exciting prizes to be won. Watch out for tickets and info coming in book bags soon. If you are a local business and would like to donate a prize, please email info@folss.org.uk
As always, we are on the look out for more volunteers to help with FOLSS – there is such a lot to do and we are only a small team, so any support (big or small) would be hugely appreciated. If you would like to get involved, call Ally Higgins on 07827 221697.
