Easter church experience – Y3/Y6

Year Six and Year Three spent a wonderfully immersive morning at St Swithun’s Church, retelling the Easter Story in the company of members of our local church community. Through a series of hands-on activities, we learnt about the events of Holy Week and discussed the symbolism and significance of those key moments to our own lives. Thank you to our friends at St Swithun’s Church for sharing their time, knowledge and skills with us – it was a truly fantastic experience for all involved!
