Family Fun Day for Rodborough Playgroup’s 60th Birthday!

Rodborough Playgroup is turning 60 and we want to mark this milestone by inviting the entire community to join us for a day to celebrate a piece of local history!
Join us on Saturday 20th May between 11am and 3pm for numerous celebrations, spread between Playgroup’s longstanding home, the Tabernacle and Rodborough’s Community Hall.
It promises to be a fun filled day with plenty of entertainment for all the family, from races to tombola’s, raffles, a scavenger hunt, music, games, and a BBQ, plus much more… there will also be plenty of food and drink to purchase during the day.
In true community spirit we’re supporting local businesses and craftsman by hosting a number of stalls for you to discover; if you are a stall holder or you know someone that is, we have spaces available, please enquire to the email below.
We’re scouring the archives for wonderful moments to take you on a journey through the years and view the abundance of joy that playgroup has brought to so many children, parents, and staff! A chance to explore the history of Playgroup with photos and memories, shared from across the years; If you have any photos, videos or memories you would like to send us, please get in touch!
So, whether you attended Playgroup over the past 60 years, you’re thinking of sending your little ones to join this incredibly unique slice of Stroud, or you want to embrace and support the oldest playgroup in Gloucestershire, we’d love to see you on the 20th of May! All Welcome!
