School Payments
Can we please reiterate that payments coming into school are made by cheque, until ParentPay goes live. Thank you for your co- operation.
School Uniform
As ParentPay is not yet live, the only way we can issue uniform is to ask for cheque payment only – on receipt of the cheque your order will be given to you. However, we will NOT be cashing the cheque, once ParentPay is live we will request payment for the uniform and return your cheque to you to be destroyed once we have receipted in payment via ParentPay. As you can appreciate we cannot hand out hundreds of pounds worth of uniform without payment and this is the best solution for everyone. All cheques should be made payable to Leonard Stanley Primary School. Absolutely no cash will be accepted. If you do not have access to a cheque book I am afraid your uniform order cannot be given to you until payment is received via ParentPay.
School Dinners
If your child is in KS2 (Y3-Y6) your child’s school sandwiches (and ‘Chip Friday’) meal costs £2.30 per day. Alternatively, children may bring their own packed lunch. Payment should be made on Monday mornings to Mrs Evans – Catering Manager via the School Office. Due to delay in ParentPay please pay for school dinners by Cash or Cheque until further notice. Please out your dinner money in an envelope marked Dinner Money with your child’s name and class. Cheques are to be made payable to ‘GCC Leonard Stanley Primary School’.
