Our ParentPay system is now live. Please see our ParentPay FAQ’s for more information. PLEASE PAY BY CHEQUE FOR ALL ITEMS EXCEPT SCHOOL DINNERS WHICH ARE PAID VIA PARENTPAY ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Please use cheque payment only until we have the system fully operational – on receipt of the cheque your order will be given to you. However, we will NOT be cashing the cheque, once ParentPay is live we will request payment for the uniform and return your cheque to you to be destroyed once we have receipted in payment via ParentPay. As you can appreciate we cannot hand out hundreds of pounds worth of uniform without payment and this is the best solution for everyone. All cheques should be made payable to Leonard Stanley Primary School. Absolutely no cash will be accepted. If you do not have access to a cheque book I am afraid your uniform order cannot be given to you until payment is received via ParentPay.
You will need to pay for school dinners and school packed lunches via ParentPay. If your child is in KS2 (Y3-Y6) your child’s cooked lunches (from Cater Cater) and school sandwiches (prepared in school) cost £2.30 per day. Alternatively, children may bring their own packed lunch.
Alerts & Communications
To be notified of any Communications through ParentPay go to ‘Alert Settings’ when logged into your ParentPay account and check-box whether you wish to be alerted via email/text.
