Wellbeing Week activities – Y6
Year Six took part in a range of activities to mark Children’s Wellbeing Week. We enjoyed time outdoors, taking note of our surroundings and appreciating various aspects of nature. Some of us recorded our feelings in words and pictures; some of us became more active and energised. Others sought calm and peace in quieter spaces either alone or with friends. We learnt how various factors affect our wellbeing (positively and negatively) and respected the fact that each of us can choose to enhance our wellbeing in different ways.
